Third collaboration with Positive Design, bringing a minimalist brand vision to life
Custom-built on a reliable, scalable tech stack using Next.js and headless CMS
A seamless platform that empowers design teams to create boldly without compromise
What happens when creative freedom is backed by technical certainty?
Klarq is not your average studio. Based in Barcelona and Milan, they’re a multidisciplinary team working at the intersection of architecture, interior design, and real estate development. Their approach blends international perspective with local expertise, guiding projects from concept to completion with clarity, precision, and aesthetic sensitivity.
When it came time to launch their new brand presence, they turned to Positive Design for the visual direction—and to us for the foundation that would bring it all to life.
This was our third collaboration with Positive. And like the two before it, this project reinforced a simple idea: when a design team feels confident in the platform behind their vision, they create more boldly.
The Challenge: Giving Form to a Purely Visual Vision
Klarq’s brand is subtle, refined, and visual-first. The website needed to mirror that without distraction. The typography, the composition, the tone of the imagery—it was all carefully crafted by Positive Design to speak with clarity and restraint.
Our job was to build a platform that amplified the design without ever interfering with it. The layouts needed to flow effortlessly. The loading experience had to feel quiet, clean, and intentional. Every decision had to support the creative language Klarq was establishing—not compete with it.
And behind that elegance? A technical system that could stand up to time, growth, and change without ever calling attention to itself.
Our Solution: A Platform That Lets the Work Speak
We built Klarq’s platform using the same robust tech stack we’ve refined over time: a Next.js front end, a headless CMS, and a modular architecture designed to evolve as needed. It’s the same foundation we used for Kuhlmann Partner, and one we continue to trust for projects that demand performance, flexibility, and elegance.
Because we’ve worked closely with Positive Design on multiple projects, we’ve developed a natural rhythm. They lead the creative—pushing ideas, compositions, and motion. We handle the infrastructure—translating that ambition into something solid, usable, and scalable. This relationship allows their creativity to be fearless. They know the design will be honored in every detail.
For Klarq, that meant seamless transitions, crisp performance, and a fully responsive experience across screen sizes. It also meant setting up the CMS in a way that gave the Klarq team editorial control without compromising the integrity of the design.
What We Delivered
For the Design Team: A development process that respected and enhanced every design decision, enabling fast iteration, clear communication, and full creative confidence.
For Klarq: A website that reflects their aesthetic values—minimal, quiet, confident—and a system that supports future growth without redesign or rework.
For the Future: A technical foundation that can flex with Klarq’s needs as they grow—adding products, content, languages, or integrations without friction.
The Impact: A Platform That Holds Space for Creative Work
In the world of design-led businesses, a website isn’t just a marketing tool—it’s a medium. And when the medium disappears, the work can finally speak.
That’s what this project accomplished.
It’s also a reminder of the kind of partnerships we value: long-term, collaborative, and rooted in mutual respect. Klarq is now live with a platform that reflects who they are. Positive Design continues to stretch what’s possible visually. And OpenMind gets to be the quiet system behind it all.
